At Marathon Hardware,
quality is one of the pillars of our product selection
process, alongside innovative design and essential functionality.
We pride ourselves on providing products that are manufactured with high-quality materials that meet, and most often, exceed industry standards.
In the event that any product Marathon sells is found to be defective in either workmanship or materials, such products shall be replaced by Marathon, free of charge, for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the products. If a product is no longer available, Marathon will replace the defective hardware with a current offering.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation or any consequential and/or incidental damages incurred as a result of incorrect installation
- Hardware that has been exposed to excessive loads, abused, or used in any manner other than its intended purpose
- Removal of defective hardware, delivery costs, or installation of new hardware
