In the event that any product that Marathon sells is found to be defective in either workmanship or materials, such products shall be replaced by Marathon free of charge for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the products.
This warranty is a warranty of replacement only, and does not include the removal of the defective hardware, delivery costs, or installation of new hardware.
This warranty does not cover hardware that has been installed incorrectly, exposed to excessive loads, abused or used in any manner other than its intended purpose.
This warranty does not cover any consequential or incidental damages incurred as a result of incorrect installation.
In the event of defective hardware product being obsolete, unavailable or discontinued, Marathon reserves the right to replace the defective hardware with a current offering.
