Return Acceptance:

If the product is not returned before 60 days, the RMA will be cancelled, and the product will no longer be eligible for the return.

All returns must quote original invoice number.
All returns must have an RMA acknowledgment attached to the returning shipment.

Authorized returns must be in its original sealed packaging and is subject to inspection. Any return that has been inspected and found to be unsellable, will not be eligible for return.

Restocking Fees:
0-30 days of original invoice date - No restocking fee applied.
31-60 days of original invoice date - 20% restocking fee applied.
61+ days of original invoice date - Not eligible for return.

- If the return is due to a Marathon error, no restocking fee is applied however customer is required to return item(s) before 60 days of the original invoice date. If not Returned within that time, product will no longer be eligible for return.
Items Being Returned to Marathon:
RMA acknowledgment must be attached to the returning shipment.
Marathon Error – Marathon is required to provide the customer with the carrier label to return the good. Unless the customer is returning items in person.
Customer Error – Customer is responsible for preparing shipment, arranging carrier of choice to pickup parcel, and is liable for shipping charges/fees that may apply between customer and carrier. Unless the customer is returning items in person.
