Why did we add the new Live Chat service?

In order for you to use our live chat service, you must be logged into your marathonhardware.com account. However, if you do not have an account, you may register here.

Once you have logged in, a small window in the bottom right corner will appear. Simply, click on the box, accept the privacy notice, and start typing. A customer service representative will be happy to help you with any questions or concerns you may have.
