Product Description

K PUSH TECH offers a comprehensive solution for automatic opening systems designed for handleless doors. Its innovative internal mechanism ensures a smooth and silent operation, delivering long-lasting durability that makes it ideal for a wide variety of doors. K PUSH TECH is available in two versions: with a buffer for cabinets using sprung hinges, and with a magnet for those using unsprung or negative hinges.

The system now features a sleek, modern design and an extended range of options, including a variety of spring strengths to ensure proper functionality even with larger, heavier doors. Additionally, it offers two output path lengths:

Medium – 20 mm
Long – 37 mm

K PUSH TECH can be installed either concealed or visible, with the visible versions including a push-to-open system, adapter plate, and adapter housing. The new adapter housing enables pre-installation with the plate on the cabinet side, keeping the ejector pin deactivated during transport and handling. The compact adapter housing is compatible with both short and medium-sized versions, streamlining inventory management. The system is available in both white and anthracite finishes.

Perception of steps indicating the adjustment of the ejector pin: every step-stop position adjusts the door gap by 0,15 mm. A click-stop indicates the maximum adjustment range. These features prevent any undesired change of position of the ejector pin during its utilization.
-0.45 mm, negative adjustment. Beyond this negative adjustment the spring is deactivated.This feature allows to disable the ejector pin for safety reasons and avoid doors to open during handling and transit.
2 sizes, Medium – 20 mm and Long – 37 mm. The 20mm and the 37mm delivers enough room to insert fingers between the door and the gable while of adjacent doors, 37mm is recommended to clear enough space for the fingers.
Reduced: activation gap is 1.4 mm. Match high quality made hinge with a L Factor (gap between a closed door and gable) of 1.5mm.
Ring thickness is 0.6 mm. The minimum thickness ring delivers a nice and cleaner look.
2 strenghts available, guarantee the correct functioning as for small/light door even with large and heavy doors.
The magnets are installed completely flush with the head of the ejector pin, avoid any scratches on the door plates.
