Marathon Hardware at the 2023 Woodworking Machinery and Supply Expo (WMS)

At every trade show there are standout booths. Either for the innovative products or the general booth design. Sometimes it’s simply the people working the booth who are so engaging that it becomes a standout. This year at WMS, the general consensus from attendees was that the Marathon booth was a real showstopper. From the design and layout to the specifically chosen products, our booth was carefully crafted to be an unforgettable experience.

The WMS Kitchen

At first glance, our booth was a streamlined version of the open kitchen. Upon further investigation, show attendees were able to view and operate many of our Vibo and M-Series kitchen and waste pullout storage accessories. As well, DTC and Salice lift systems and the modular Float shelving system from Eureka rounded out the area.

Decorative Hardware

Decorative hardware from premium European manufacturers, Citterio Giulio (Italy) and Viefe (Spain) were prominently displayed in our decorative section. As well, they were peppered throughout the decorative spinning displays and display ladders located on the exterior walls.

To showcase our complete offering, dozens of high-quality Marathon handles and knobs were also prominently displayed, allowing attendees to view everything from the simplest brushed nickel bar pull to the most intricately textured and designed pieces we have to offer.

Also located in the decorative area was our Slim modular shelving by Eureka. The endless combinations for closets, living rooms, and anywhere else throughout the home, made Slim a functional and attractive addition to our WMS booth.

Drawers and Hinges

On the backside of the “kitchen”, three drawer banks featured slides from Salice (F70 & Futura), DTC (DS10), and our own M-Series Aeon20. Also featured were two drawer box systems - DTC Legacy Endura and our new M-Series Fusion. These drawer systems offer great solutions for cabinet makers, designers and homeowners alike.

Surprise Inside!  As show attendees investigated our drawer banks further, they discovered that inside were our new fully customizable drawer organization systems. Area, which is available now, is a series of high-quality vacuum thermoformed trays that can be trimmed to perfectly fit inside your drawers. As a special treat, showgoers had an opportunity to gain a sneak peek at the new wooden Autograph and Imprint drawer organizer systems. The hinge wall found just around the corner from the drawers featured top quality hinges from Salice and DTC. No matter the application, there was a hinge in store for you.

The Pneumatic Drawer Clamping Machine featured at WMS

For large shops and shop owners, our new pneumatic drawer clamping machine was a hit. It works in conjunction with our DTC Legacy and M-Series Fusion drawer systems. As well, it increases productivity and lowers overall costs by minimizing manufacturing time and potential mistakes.
